OUR RATES IN 2024

52 m² apartment categorized 3 stars*, comprising large living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, 1 bedroom - sleeping accommodation for 5 adults (or children), namely 1 double bed of 160 cm, 1 single bed of 90 cm, 1 sofa in the living room convertible into a double bed 160 cm).

A private parking space in front of the building (with possibility of recharging for hybrid and electric).

Electricity, water, bath towels and sheets are included in the price. The tourist tax (about 1 € per day and per person) is not included and must be paid upon arrival.

(*the maximum according to the criteria of the Croatian tourist authorities, in the absence of swimming pool, sauna and other gyms. The criteria applied by the Croatian authorities are stricter than in others European countries.)

flat rate of €110/d. for 3 people maximum (adults and/or children)

+ €15/d. per additional adult (maximum 5 people in total)

+ €10/d. per child under 12 (beyond the basic package)

+ €5/d. per child under 6 (beyond the basic package)

Free baby (up to 1 year old - provision of a high chair, a changing mat, a cradle and a bottle warmer)

Extra services:

- Supplement for 1 dog: €10/d. - 2 dogs (maximum allowed): €15/d.

- Use of the charging station for electric and hybrid cars: flat rate of €30 for the duration of the stay + the kilowatts actually consumed, according to the count at the end of the stay (contradictory reading of the electric meter by the owner and the outgoing tenant) .

- Stays of less than 5 nights: supplement of €70 for final cleaning.

5% discount for stays of 14 nights or more.

Our rates do not include tourist taxes, to be paid in addition upon your arrival.

reservations straddling high season and low season

In the event of a reservation of 7 nights or more, the majority of which is in low season, we apply the "low season" rate for the entire stay. For example, you book for 10 nights from August 28: 4 nights are in high season, 6 nights in low season, but we charge the 10 nights at the "low season" rate. An opportunity not to be missed.

From 01.01.2024 until 31.03.2024 - EXCLUSIVELY FOR SENIORS 

Offer reserved exclusively for people aged 60 and over

- package of € 500 for two weeks, 3 people maximum.

Supplement of €50 per additional person (maximum 5 people in total)

- fixed price of 700 € for one month, 3 people maximum.

Supplement of € 75 per additional person (maximum 5 people in total)

- As part of these formulas, the actual water and electricity consumption is extra, based on counter readings taken contradictorily at the start and end of the stay

Options:

- €15/week (instead of €10/day) per dog (2 maximum)

- 80 € for the cleaning of the apartment during your stay.
